Which android smart phone can works with smart card reader?

Android ICS 4.0 smart phone with OTG USB must be required to support USB Host functionality to work with the USB smart card readers. Most android smart phones with ICS 4.0 in the market are OTG enable and can connect the smart card readers by a OTG USB cable. Following is the smart phone list:
